Students admitted under this circumstance who do not meet the 3.0 GPA requirement after their first 12 hours of graduate-level work will not receive permission to continue in their graduate program, and will be dismissed from the program. Official TOEFL scores are required for international students. The applicant must have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 overall, 3.0 for the last 60 semester hours in a degree program, or 3.0 for a completed graduate degree program. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): The minimum score for admission to a degree program or for non-degree admission is 550 on the paper-based TOEFL or 79 on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT).
