In addition, the program requires students from non-ABET accredited undergraduate programs to submit general GRE test scores and the preferred combined (verbal and quantitative) GRE score is of minimum 300. Program admission decisions are based on complete application information including overall academic performance and standardized test scores where applicable. A student may be admitted to the program on a conditional status. Typically, a conditionally admitted student is required to achieve 3.0 GPA of the first two graduate courses (6-8 credit hours) specified by a department advisor. A student with an undergraduate academic deficiency may petition for admission after demonstrating the ability to perform well in graduate courses taken in a non-degree status.
